I ripped apart a 10" netbook, to put in a 2 GB stick of ram, a 320 GB Scorpio Black hard drive, a new wireless N internal card, and a 3rd antennae for the wireless card. Damn these netbooks are tight inside.
Put an Intel X-25M SSD in my Macbook Pro and it flies. Too bad its only 80gb.
I stuck a flash drive in my computer to back up my porn :smiley20:
All i have really messed with is throwing a scrap system together to use as a HTPC for the wife.
She wanted to watch netflix and surf the net on the TV but she don't want a TV encoder card for some reason.
Not much in the way of hardware (I did pick up a new laptop for work - PC), but software: CS4, Drupal 6.15, and I need to find a way to get the iPhone SDK to somehow run on my PC - I might break down and pick up a Mac, I don't know. But I really need to get into writing iPhone apps. Anyone here Hackintosh?
Added a 1TB Maxtor hdd to my main squeeze.
right now, i have a crappy gateway i just put 2 TB, HD's in it and upgraded teh RAM to 4GB...
which was stupid because my system is only 32-bit.
but i'm building new comp right now, with the Intel i7 2.88Ghz with 6GB's of RAM and a nvidia 260.
I just switched over from Windows 7RC to 7 Enterprise about a week ago. I can't believe they got rid of all of the games. I miss Chess Titans:smiley19:

Holy crap, how about a warning label next time?
I didn't realize chairs needed a damn "overwidth/overweight" permit, or a crowbar and tow truck to remove them once he stands up.
I get the feeling hat within the next few months, my laptop will be getting a paper clip in the cooling fan. Who knows though? I may get around to killing it before then.
I added 3 1.5 TB drives to my game system.
I found out you cant use raid 0 for a boot drive if the size is over 2 TB total so i had to use a single 1.5 for the boot drive and raid the storage drives.
Just built up a new server for my office. Dual xeon westmere 2.4ghz quad-core processors, 16gb memory. I'm pretty excited considering I'm upgrading from a 3.2ghz single core with 2gb memory :smiley37:
