I'm holding out to the final hour with the hopes our community has a final last plea for leniency from mr. fishy. I've not lost hope that there could be some sort of redemption. After all - it is the holiday season and we all know that miracles can happen, right?

I may be wrong here, but it seems to me that according to the rules, anyone can request a ban poll for someone, it is up to the admin/moderators to determine if it is a banable offense.

Based on the facts provided above, I can't justify banning Kendall.

I do question his intent of participation here - it seems the antics of the board could amuse him without him having the privilege of an account here - and would hope he would join this community as a participating member. If riling up members from time to time entertains him, that's fine with me. I don't have to respond.
