Favorite side dish with turkey?

Here's our family menu for 10 people:

This is the first year my wife and I are doing Christmas at our house. Parents, in-laws, siblings and grandparents are coming so she's freaked out.

Menu:

Minty fruit salad
sausage balls

14 lb fried turkey
Honey Baked Ham

Homemade mashed potatoes
Baked Mac 'n cheese
Green Beans w/ caramelized onions

rolls
gravy

wine & beer

Homemade cheesecake with butter pecan sauce

I am personally in charge of the turkey, gravy, mac n cheese, and cheesecake. Since this is our first family event at the house, the wife wants everything to be homemade. The only thing that's not from a typical recipe is the cheesecake which is a secret spiffy family recipe.
