To sign up, submit a scanned copy of your face and a security photo of you holding a sign that reads "I ARE SERIOUS NOW" with a torch in the other hand.

For those in the US there is another option of simply stating that you want to sign up.

By puro, it means everything comes from the same country. They're not to hard to come by. Ask your B&M.
