The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done." -unknown
If you are in the UK, buy Cuban. Cuban are not the best quality any longer. (I can explain later if you are interested), but you can go to any shop or Cigar bar (there is a nice one just outside of little China) and have access to any Cuban you want. & the price is right too. Cubans are not so easy to come by here in the states ;) :).
As for the best Cigar, there are soo many to choose from. The "best Cigar" is a personal preference. Look for quality wrapper, smooth draw & great taste. Price doesn't necessarily mean poorly made or worth the money either. For the most part, somewhere between $5.00 & $15.00 will get you far. In my Opinion, with a few exceptions, anything over $15.00 is just your ego.
whatever you get, smoke at least 2 of them before you decide that you do not like it. A good cigar is = parts build, draw, price & taste, most important thing people forget is environment & mood. If you are relaxed at your favorite shop, playing chess in the park or watching the sunset with your best friend, the smoke will be incredible. If you are on your way to pay a parking ticket, stuck in traffic or headed to the hospital, well you get the idea...

Lep
A very good value ($2.60/stick) is the Gran Habano Corojo #5 (5x50). These are a good example of an "everyday" cigar that doesn't taste cheap.
