    Default Small travel case question...

I have a small leather travel case, (holds three cigars), that came with a small humidor I purchased prior to buying a larger humidor. The interior of the leather case has a very strong leather smell, (quite pleasing actually). Will this strong leather smell affect my cigars that I decide to put in it?

    Thanks,

    Chris

I was wondering this also. Mines a Colibri so I figured its not a piece of garbage and shouldnt affect it to much. The cigars usually arent in there long anyway.

If you're using this to get out on the golf course, no. But, don't use this kind of case to travel for a weekend or anything. If it ain't air tight, it'll dry out your cigars.

Mine, however, most likely IS a piece of garbage. I'm not even sure of the brand.

About how long, out of a properly humidified humidor, will it take for a cigar to dry out anyway?
