Welcome from Mississippi and from someone who doesn't use the shift key very often.

hahaha sorry about the spelling guy. i am legendary on all of my regular forums for my typing :)

i tend to type way too fast, and along with a fine motor skill issue it leads to only partially readable posts!

deedubya and shelby - never had a saleen unfortunately, but this is what i DID have for a while, but i sold her (*cry*)

Too bad you got rid of her... but that TR6 is a fun car! Had one years ago. The damn thing kept breaking spark plugs and blowing head gaskets, but when it ran it ran great.

    thanks guys :)

heresjohnny - post up some pics of yours!! everythign is a work in progress at some point, no shame in that!

shelby - it made sense at the time. i was 20, and $500 a month for the car & insurance, plus the money i was and was going to dump into it it woudl have been awesome, and fast as hell (although it was already insanely fast by my standards) but in the end, i woudl be left with a poor investment, and no money!

the TR6 is a TON of fun to drive, even though its slow as molasses in the winter. i jsut took off the stromberg carbs today, swapped in a pair of SU HS6's and man do i love them :)

they are usually reliable, unless there is osme unforseen issue that keeps rearing its ugly head. excpet the electronics, but i got rif of every lucas part i possibly could :)

deedubya - your sons stang looks great! i like the SN95 styling a lot, a buddy of mine has a black 97 cobra that he is considering putting a kenne bell supercharger on - i keep telling him to do it, adn not think about it.
