    I'm impressed by the quality of your photos. In the pre-light picture, the wrapper appears "dusty." Is that typical for this species, or is that from storage in the tube? ... Your thoughts?

    This one wasn't in a tube. I understand they come in both varieties. It was kinda dusty. Mabye they were sitting in the shop in Philly for a while...or maybe everyone else saw that beetle hole, and passed on it

    I wanna say the wrapper was hard as a rock. There was no give to it, unless I chanced cracking it. Not to say it was dry, or not humid enough, but it was extremely firm.
