I don't go out of my way to look for box-pressed cigars. Sometimes they just happen. They don't rest easily in my hand or mouth.

    There are exceptions, of course!

Have not smoked enought to form an opinion on box press cigars. I have had a few with mixed results. So far I am open to boxed press cigars.

The only box press I'm truly fond of is the Padron Anny's. And it's not because they will not roll off the table...

Those are some nice looking exceptions. Can they still be bought?

Sure! This is America! ANYTHING can be bought!

There are several Padron Anniversaries that are box-pressed. Come to think of it, I can't think of one that isn't. I'm sure there is.

I really don't care but if I have a choice between a box of SLR Serie A (which are box pressed) or a CAB of SLR Serie A (which are not), I will go out of my way to obtain and smoke the ones out of the CAB because they are not box pressed. In the case of most Cuban cigars, I prefer to not have them box pressed.

when given the choice, i will almost always go for the box pressed. they just feel better in my mouth and hand.

Variety is the spice of life, but if I had to choose, i prefer the box pressed. They feel just a little bit better in my hand.

Handy for resting your smoke on the pool table while scratching on the 8 ball.
