Not shitting on anyone here, was just trying to make a funny.
Cigar brand names have a long tradition of being marketing exercises having nothing to do with tobacco. Nothing particularly bad (or good) about that.
Operation "Ortsac," however, was an American failure. It seems dumb to me to name something after a failure. However, if you like the way they smoke, then it doesn't matter what the cigars are called.
