Next time I need to pass cigars, if i dont understand the rules to ask and make sure.

If i am gifted a puro for a PPP and it is used already, I prolly should ask the person who gave it to me what to do with it. Not the person running it.

Anyhow, At this point I would be stuck with the puro he sent me anyways. In that case what would i do now if I had it and was removed from the PPP?
