I didn't find any benefit to ageing RP 1992 (or 1990, or OWR) myself. Most $3 cigars are for smoking.

The only cigars worth aging are illegal. The rest are already sufficiently aged, in my opinion, of course.

Do draft dodgers have reunions? And if so what do they talk about?

I would like to hear more about your opinion. Is it because the finest tobacco comes from ISOM, because they are already aged to their peak, or because they aren't built to age any further?

I realize you kinda answered it in your post, but I would like to know more.

I guess it is good to note that I have never smoked a real "premium" cigar. I am a newb to the core.

It's generally considered tacky to state the trade amount of your newbie sampler publically.

Sorry about your car problems. I'm going through a spurt of that right now.

Sorry about my tacky side. I will remember that for the future. I am attempting not to ruffle feathers again.

I am afraid I paid more than that, but it was at a local establishment so I understand why.

Do you mind if I ask why? Do they not age well, or do they seem unchanged after a few years? Maybe I will smoke it after I get through the four gurkhas.

I was mixed up. It was a 1990. I am glad I smoked it today. Thanks for the tip.
