The conspiracy theorist in me begs the question...With the sickening number of deaths from lung cancer and emphysema directly attributed to cigarette smoking why would they not "control" the absorption differently as they do in cigars? I understand there are risks smoking anything, but if you can avoid bringing toxins into your lungs and still get the same effect from your preferred drug of choice (nicotine) why wouldn't they? Short answer IMO is Big Pharma and Big Tobacco like it that way.

I can certainly understand that. Also, I should not have even included Big Tobacco because I agree with Craig's assessment there. The FDA would have been a better example.

I have once took a big inhale of a Jamie Garcia RS SuperGordo 3rd of 3rd which was overwhelming with pepper and spices actually tingling my lips a bit. I'm lucky I didn't cough out blood, heartburn and 5 minutes of hard coughing....worst 5 minutes of my life haha

That was my first and last inhale I ever took, learned my lesson. Oh nearly forgot, that wasn't an intentional inhale ahaha
