Reading the rules I would believe that the vitola and brand names must be visible in both pictures. I would say that the only picture that you can be sure of the vitola in is so blurry that one can not actually make out the brands therefor not a win.

I really have no chance of winning this myself however because I have no B&M. Judges ruling?

The last picture qualifies exactly. I submitted the others just for fun.

I still say the PM and Padilla are blurry as hell but I suppose the Blowholes need as much help as they can get. I don't predict Titan to get more than a 670 on the next review so he's not really a concern anyway.
