This appears to be a mall with a tobacconist shop in it.

also look at:

It looks like the above lists two potential tobacconists.

Last one I could find:

I should clarify, the links you sent me I was able to find as well, but my ship's LAN is blocking the images so I can't see what the addresses are. The last link you sent me was the one I was able to load and get the address for, but the other two links do not load all the way on my computer here. So its not so much that I couldnt find anything, but that I couldnt find anything I can load and view.

What I am looking for is just addresses so that I can look the specific address up and check it out when I am there.
