I've seen this situation play out repeatedly.

hog may not see it, but everyone else does - hog is wearing clown makeup because he chose to secrete his identity in a childish way. No one is taking him seriously. Not a single person. hog will always be the joke "hog". And i'm quite certain hog realizes what revealing himself will mean to his credibility.

Despite what he says, hog doesn't have what it takes to be a contributing member. Not even close. He's certainly not the person of integrity he believes himself to be. He's not a leader - no one supports him - he's truly nothing more than a wannabe.

It's inevitable. hog will only be here a short time.
