I've gone through 4x 20lb propane tanks on my patio heater (in the garage) just so I can enjoy a cigar in the evening. I don't think I used that much all of last year.

I've gone through two so far in my 18' trailer. I suspect you're heating a much larger space than I am and therefore the big difference. FWIW, I had only emptied one 20lb tank at this time last year.

Schools are closed today due to the weather. No precipitation mind you, just temp. I know to a lot of you guys 3 deg. with a wind chill of about -15 deg. is nothing. But down here, it's a pretty big deal.
