    Default Newb from Knoxville, TN

    Hey everyone. I have been lurking for a while, soaking up as much info as possible. I have only been smoking for about 3 months now. I bought my first humidor (100 ct.) last week and it's currently seasoning. I calibrated the crappy analog hygrometer that came with the humidor and it's 7% off. I am just going to get a digital one today along with a bead tube from heartfelt. So far I really enjoy mild to medium bodied cigars; punch, cao gold, and 5 vegas are my favorites so far but I have a lot more tasting to do. Looking forward to becoming an active member here at cs.com

    Cool man welcome to the boards. Have you tried any Hemingways from Fuente? They are sort of a mild - medium smoke.

    Thanks for the welcomes everyone. I sure am a Vol fan... and half Cuban... and born in 74. That pretty much sums up my handle.

    WOXOF, where are you located? Did you get to watch the Cal game last week? Air Force in a few hours. I'm headed to a buddies house to watch it on PPV and some stogies.

    I'm just outside of Memphis in Southaven, MS(born and raised in Memphis though). I was very surprised at the outcome of the Cal game. I didn't see the Airforce game but it looks like they had a rough time with Airforce's offence. The real test will be this weekend. I'll give you a shout if I make it up to Knoxville for any games this year.

    Sounds good. Do that.

    I hope we can get it done this weekend. Losing Harrell on the d-line and Johnson in the secondary will make it tough. Some young guys will have to step up.

    I grew up in West Knoxville/ Farragut (try not to hold that against me). Wish you had joined about a month ago, we could have hooked up for a smoke.

    Not at all. I have a some good friends from the west/farragut area. Where did you do your K-ville cigar shopping sparky? I really like Smokin Joes on Papermill and Leaf & Ale on Kingston Pike.
