welcome tim...i tend to be more from the left...but that's okay, isn't it??..i know what you're talking about re: SE asia...it happens to be something i'll NEVER talk about...and i have my reasons. I already have achieved old fart status and riding it out,i guess...who do you root for when ND plays USC??......assuming it's the golden domer's,perhaps we might wager a few cigars.
i'm guessing you have thick skin, you've done the proper first post...it's time to start posting early and often....

but one more thing....friends don't let friends smoke macanudo's....smoke good cigars and give those shitsticks away....

Yeah I'm a Golden Domer and yeah ..I can certainly make a wager on ND-USC. You bettcha!

I am having trouble getting the damn Humidors to level out at 70%RH. I bought Digital Hygro's and checked it and they seem to be running in the 75-80% range so I did order the beads and will see how that works. I discovered the beads from this site so thanks

I also got some Don Kikki green labels with my humidor....they are alittle too harsh for me. Maybe they will age better. Don't yet havea full grasp of the aging process

    cheers

    Tim,
welcome, and thanks for serving, you to BPP. Look around, if you're not digging those Green Lables, I think a few people here may be looking to try them in the exchange section. I'm also in project engineering management, but relitivly young at it. Have you heard of Clark construction out in Cali?

Nice to see you here Tim. Also nice to have another California BOTL here on the board. I live up in Nor.Cal (Sacramento area) but my inlaws are from Palmdale . . . near you?

No old fart here, and I tend to lean to the Right (that's ok isn't it? ) but still glad to have you here.

Don't let these snobs bust yer nuts re: the Macs. While I am not a fan of them I say to each his own.

Welcome to CS and nice intro. Start doing some trades with some of the guys to get you comfortable with what you're smoking. And by your hobbies/interests it seems that you might want to try some new smokes - Torano Exodos 1959, RP Vintage 1990/1992, Fuente Hemingway, Padron Anniversario series, etc.

As for beads - they're the only way to go. http://www.heartfeltindustries.com/Home.htm

Look at that... I plumb got myself 5 raisins and 7 termites.

    Jason and others
Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm actually about 70 NE of Palmdale. Most of my experience is DOD based. Clark Construction rings a bell but I'm damned if can put it togther.

I really respects peole's opinions on the plotical scene. As I have achieved old fart status I've come to the conclusion that I want to enjoy things around me and things that I do. I have some very good friends in LA who really do not approve of what I do but the nice thing is that we can appreciate our company

So with that in mind any recommendations for a mild Nicaraugan cigar. I've got a friend who is from there and can pick me up some when he goes?
