    It is a sign the cigar has been stored properly during the aging. It does not add any flavor to the smoke. Beats the crap outa seenig mold though.

    Something I don't see too often since I have no patience with aging cigars, I smoke 'em too quickly!! I'm also indifferent on bloom, it doesn't change the taste of the cigar at all but it is a sign of an aged cigar which is good.
