That looks awesome. And here I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to full my 300ct when it gets here.

Thanks
Seasoning it right now. Can't wait till it's ready. My other 2 are heapping over
Great looking trunk man, I am very jealous. It looked like Chris used a foam separator to attach the cedar; did you use the same approach? I would guess the foam barrier would assist in ensuring the walls were plum as the foam would provide some give. How hard was it to get a good seal? Would love any specifics you are willing to provide.

The older I get ,the better I was
I just glued everything to the insides. Used Gorilla glue to do it. Half way thru I ran out and used Elmers Ultimate Glue. I would use this in the future b/c it doesn't expand as much as the Gorilla glue. You could also use Titebond III wood glue. Had to use some staples because the box was warpped a bit. Make sure you buy a good trunk this would of made things easier. I made the seal on the lid like a regular humidor. The wood on the lid slips into the top of the trunk. just a little sandding to make it tight. If you are going to make one, make sure you got lots of clamps to hold the pieces while the glue sets up.
Sounds like a lot of work that paid off nicely. Way to go!
Wow, nice job! Definitely would have to consider this in my cigar future.
Someone said they wanted to see it when it had cigars in it, so here it is. Figure I'll make it my CAO humi.
