well, I'm still considering it. I found out that you cannot sell alcohol and cigars in the same building. so I'm looking for somewhere else. Me and the lady have been talking about moving to Florida, so I might just wait till we get down there, if we do.

Is this Federal or just MS law? Also, does this apply to bars or just package stores? I'm working on a restaurant owner here who has a 'Cigar Bar' above their restarant to put in a humidor...

That's funny, I see plenty of discount shops around here with both Natural Light and Swisher Sweets for sale. Try some local golf courses. That would be a could place to have a small display humidor.

That's a good law. Because can you imagine what would happen if a drunk person decided to SMOKE A CIGAR?! The horror!
