    I've noticed that it has gone down a few times. Now it seems normal.

    Default Real Slow Here too

    Mine is still slow this morning and had 1 of my post get doubled yesterday. Guess I dont feel too bad now, sounds more like a problem with the site rather than all of our puters.

    If anything it's worse than ever for me right now.

    I would imagine that post padding contests don't help matters either.....

    I did some investigating on this last night and it looks like our host has been having some database congestion issues. Hopefully it should be back to normal.

    Something else to consider...

    It seems vBulletin has problems when threads get over 250 total posts. We have many threads way over that. Consider the Today's Smokes thread with over 2500 replies. You might want to consider setting the board to lock threads at 250 and folks just have to create new threads. I am a member of several boards using vBulletin that have had to do that to keep the forums from slowing to a constant crawl.
