I have my debit card/checking account and she has her own too. I pay the bills i am supposed to pay, she pays the bills shes responsible for. We both put max amount into 401K and all the rest is our money to do with as we see fit. I don't have to justifly anything but a major, capital expense. If I buy cigars and she buys cigs and perfume, that's not up for discussion.Absolutely.......right along with the credit card bill.
