ok - here's a hint... once you figure it out it should make perfect sense why I chose that date.
...now that may not seem like much of a hint, but if you work my logic backwards it will help.

Here's another one...
When you're trying to figure this out, don't try to directly come up with the date, instead try to figure out how I came up with it... i.e., how would you determine a specific cut-off date if you were running the contest?
