    Rochester, Minnesota?

    I'm going to be there in about a week for one night only, with the possibility of moving there in the future.

    Gets pretty doggone cold there during the winter...

    But home of one of the best medical clinics in the world (Mayo).

    Washington, D.C.? Where is the affordable housing there? I would be willing to commute for up to an hour or so.
