The biggest problem is not the delivery as most places will deliver worldwide, the problem is the import tax that comes with a delivery.

Not sure about Ireland, but certainly for the UK, the tax for deliveries from the US is huge. For some difficult to find dominicans it still works out cheaper than it would be to buy them in the UK, but that's only because they are astronomically priced here. Ironic isn't it.

I buy Cubans from www.cigarone.com. The cigars are well looked after and vaccum packaged to preserve freshness. The service is second to none and the prices are very competitive. I've bought from them at least 5 times now and they choose, pack and send the cigars the same day or next morning. They arrived max 3 days later every time.
