Last class
Well, here I am in the last class (World Civ). I needed an elective and the choices were limited. I thought this would be interesting. Uggghhhh! Piles of homework! None of it is extrememly difficult, just tedious and time consuming. I'm typing 6-8 pages of mandatory notes this week over reading assignments and handouts, plus doing a presentation.
I think the biggest problem is that, being my last class, my motivation is a bit weak. I should graduate with a GPA of 3.92. Good enough work for a 40 year old student I guess. Gotta set the standard for the young punks you know!

All done! Graduated with a 3.92GPA, so I got to wear the gold cords and got the little "Summa Cum Laude" gold ribbon on the diploma and all that good stuff. It was a busy weekend. They scheduled the community garage sale during the same weekend. Since I missed it last year, my basement clutter wouldn't allow me to miss it two years in a row. Murphy's law at work. I got to have a nice dinner with friends and family though. I did finally get a chance to smoke a cigar on Sunday. I'll find some time this week to properly relax with a Cohiba to celebrate.

Way to go on the GPA! Congrats. You got to wear gold cords huh? Man all that work and that is all. It's too bad that is all you get... just imagine what it would be like if a person Got a free new car for all that hard work. Now that would be an incentive! Oh well, at least your job prospects will be great... or should be anyway. Glad you finnished! Roger.
