What about these Red Lions that DG is talking about in the above post (or some vitola / wrapper variation)?

Thanks for the insight on newhavanacigars.com I just placed an order there! As for the Red Lions I'd be willing to try them!

Chaveta is another brand you might consider. I have had one and they are fantastic

How about the Red Lion Maduro ~ Robusto

    http://www.bestcigarprices.com/cigar.../460-20973.htm

Paddy found that vendor for what looks like a very nice price (comes out to about 25 bucks for a fiver at your doorstep). I'm not particularly interested in the 60ring gauge version.

    Who's in?

I went in on a box with DG on these a while back. Good smoke, IMHO. Strong. Even at that size, smoke them sitting down.

I'm going to pass this time, though.

Ok. Seems enough interest for these babies.

I'll work on ordering up 2 boxes tonight from BCP and see what happens. (159.85 total with shipping to me, therefore: $4.00/stick + shipping to you)

This will be the pertinent post for this split once I get more info together.

bump to let everyone know the prices are up, and I ordered the 'gars yesterday.

Check if we've done biz, or MO...Please don't send cash, you heathens.

Paddy, I owe you a shipping I just remembered. I'll update your total.
