No worries on either count. If duty is assessed, it's assessed within Canada Customs and I would have to pay it at the post office before I could get my package. All you as the sender would have to worry about is the shipping and if memory serves, that's never been more than about $6 USD and of course, you add that into the cost and I'll happily pay it in advance.
If it's of any interest, I always have senders mark packages accurately with regard to contents and have only had to pay duty once. So far I've done a couple splits with Will and won a couple contests. Also, I have a friend who runs a cigar store in North Idaho from whom I regularly buy 5 or 10 sticks at a time which he sends via USPS also.
So far I've never had a package disappear or arrive messed up. Here's hoping my luck holds.........LOL
Depending on price, I'll take 5 or 10 sticks from you when you have everything setup and ready to begin.
