Lucky Bastard! Tried and failed the last 2 years to go to the St. Pats. show.

Currently running the Jazz playlist, was just Jaco Pastorius, now it's Miles Davis.

Yeah, you gotta be on line at precisely 10:00AM on the Saturday mornings when they put the tickets on sale or you're outta luck. I also have two tickets for this Friday's show at the House of Blues.

The first time I ever saw these guys was at Pearl Street in 2005 and I've seen them almost 30 times since. Last year, I scored tickets to the small IBEW union hall show and the year before that, I was one of 125 people (out of over 2000 who emailed in for the chance) to get a pair of tickets to the last night St. Patty's Day show at Harper's Ferry.

Awesome album carried mainly on that kick-ass song!

I like to crank that track up loud and lay on the floor between two speakers. The stereo effect of right to left bouncing is amazing.

    Today-
    Depeche Mode: Black Celebration
    Waylon Jennings: Honky Tonk Heroes

I've been listening to Dragonforce's new album Ultra Beatdown today. I must say, I am very very far from impressed with it. It's like they put zero thought into it other than "Herman Li kicks ass, so the rest of us don't have to try anymore."

Ha! I totally agree. But then again, all of their songs are formulaic anyway...
