Have any of y'all had bad experiences ordering from Cuban Crafters? I just placed an order with them and boy did the cigars I received not match up what was advertised. Oh, and they were also extremely dry... anyone have any tips of reviving them? They really aren't that bad for a dollar and a quarter sticks, just not what they led me to believe I would be getting.

If anyone cares, here's a copy of the email I sent them:

I recently ordered the "DISCOUNT TOBACCO STORE EL CASTILLO CHURCHILL
CIGARS - 7 INCHES X 52 RING GAUGE - BUNDLE OF 25" and it was not at
all what I was expecting. I shall not bother attempting to get a
refund after the runaround I got on the phone and due to the fact that
I'm moving next week. I really just want to complain, and let you know
that I will never be placing another order with your company again.

I was quite excited to find what I thought would be an amazing deal on
some cigars that from the description sounded like something I would
really enjoy.

"From the dark and rich tobacco wrapper to the quality construction,
this is clearly a premium cigar." That was a horrible lie. Just
imagine my disappointment when I opened the package to discover dry
and flaky cigars that did not resemble the description or the picture
on your web page. When I called to find out about getting a refund, my
concerns were blown off, and I was given some line of bull about them
being "medium bodied" (which did not address the fact that the cigars
I received were nothing like what was advertised one little bit) and
that a couple days in the humidor would fix them right up. All in
all, I am very disappointed and shall be telling all my friends about
my experience.
