...hence the purpose of a 30 round clip! You can make an AWFUL lot of noise, put down a pretty fair amount of lead downrange rather quickly, and make a pretty significant impression when one finds its mark. ...and as an extra added bonus - the noise is much more impressive than a single shotgun blast!!!

Although I do admit - staring down the barrel of a shotgun, or hearing the sound of a round being racked, does have its benefits...

Congratulations.

I have a young daughter myself and a few pictures from my time in the military to go up in the front hall once she hits 10 or so.

As my buddy who had a son told me "I only have to worry about one dick in town, you have to worry about ALL the dicks in town."

HAHA. I have plenty of shotguns and rifles at my disposal. But I do like the idea of an assault rifle. I'd be scared shitless if I first met my wife's father and he was loading an AR-15.
