My advice would be not to push it at all. Smoke when you're in the mood or you won't really enjoy it. Just my .02

I agree, if you're not in the mood, don't smoke it. I haven't had a cigar in a couple days... Had a bit of a head ache yesterday so I went to bed early, and haven't had time today. Not a biggie. Maybe if you have any long drives, thats a good time to enjoya smoke!

i think concentrating on driving would take the enjoyment out of the cigar for me, it's only been a week so far, i'm sure the mood will hit me at some point.![]()
The point of smoking a fine cigar is relaxation and enjoyment. If you don't feel like smoking, don't. Most cigar smokers don't smoke everyday. That's because we have refined tastes, not a nicotene addiction. You probably like ice cream too, but you don't need to have a bowl every day.
On occasion I smoke a cigar on my commute home after work, and for me it's the exact opposite...the enjoyment of the cigar takes the edge of the drive. of course now it's summer here in Texas, so that means 98+ degrees in the afternoon, so driving with the windows down on 4-10 is brutal....but during nicer weather, a nice stogie, some good talk radio, and a nice breeze and my commute is a lot more tolerable.Originally Posted by QuietC

i think i passed you on the road the other day CC, your the one that damn near ran me off the road. Also i only drive about 20 mins to work, so that would require a fairly quick smoke, unless i want to try and chainsmoke a cigar and end up passing out
