Went to Melting Pot with the wife unit this evening. Sort of a late Valentines date.

Big bowl of Hot Sour Soup and an American Roll. I know a Sushi cook that hooks me up good.

My wife and I went with another couple to Melting Pot once. I thought it was kinda gimmicky(duh), and wasn't that impressed...until dessert. We mixed dark chocolate with Gran Marnier. It was soo good!

Anyways, tonight my European ancestors would have been proud. Homemade noodles with sauerkraut and kielbasa.

I had a very unique meal the main course was waffles with chicken, veggies and gravy over the top. Aparently this is a Pensilvania Dutch recipe. It was interesting and delicious!

Cooked southwest style burgers in the cast iron skillet with arroz verde on the side. For desert thin mints, coffee and a CAO Mx2. Put a fork in me!

What makes the rice green? With everything else you got going I would guess cilantro, but could be green chilies...or both. Sounds good nonetheless.

My wife made it so I'm not sure of the exact recipe. I know she blended tomatillo, poblano, jalapeno, and cilantro. Made it in the rice cooker with chicken broth, and it tasted awesome!
