    Upload it to a hosting site, either in excel or convert it to word, or better yet a pdf and then post the link.

    PDF is a good idea. It's pretty universal. For the record, if anyone doesn't have Excel or a way to open Excel files, Google Docs can read and edit them :D

    Excel lets you save your files in html format.
