    If the date we are scheduled to close is not guessed exactly, the guess closest to it without going past will win.

    mrtr33 & denver24 - If the above changes your guess, feel free to make one edit.
    edit: bwa - you posted as I was posting this, so you may make an edit if you wish.
    The edit can only be to the date for contest #1

    If no one guesses Contest #2 exactly, I may allow extra guesses.
