Problem with my Igloo humidor

I recently put together an igloo cooler humidor. I got a Humi-Care electronic humidor and a digital hygrometer, which I did a salt test with. At first everything was ok. Then, the temperature jumped up to 84 degrees while the humidity stayed at 70%. Is there a solution to this?
