Congratulations to you and your wife! That's awesome news. We should set up a 1,400 mile play date next year.

    Great news Mark!

I have been very busy with a new job and such, but I haven't forgot about our duck hunt this year. I have been doing some scouting and haven't seen to many ducks yet.

Yeah, I've been looking up here. I don't think many people duck hunt up here. Everything is about the almighty deer. There is a WMA about 30 minutes away I have decided to scout out - I'm going back there next weekend to scope things out.

Are ya'll in the East or the West zone? I live in the west zone, but just over the Red River is the east zone (where the WMA is). Then, I saw that Plaquemines Parish is in the west zone as well. Weird. The west is delayed a week later from the east.

So, we just got back from the hospital about 2 hours ago. What a weekend. I've never been so thrilled to get such little sleep. Who would have thought I'd be hoping for naps at 8:30 in the morning?

Our baby girl was born Friday afternoon. She weighed 6 lbs. 11 oz., and is 18 3/4 inches long. Momma and baby are doing great!

I'm in love, all over again.
