That is fantastic!
My wife was a gun opponent until and armed man jumped our fence to hide from the police.
She now insists, after shooting lessons and safety courses, that I leave a loaded gun in the safe near our bed when I go out of town.

You've got the same problem I have ....
Mine sleeps with an M1 Carbine next to the bed, with a pair of loaded 15 round mags on the nightstand next to the phone.
And no, I won't be coming home late. Ever.
