Sticks arrived today. Will get around to smoking the naked stick this weekend hopefully. Everything looked fine.

Alright, finally got around to smoking the mystery stick. Pre light smelled very musty for lack of a better word and generally like tobacco which is a good start. Not much of a taste really on the pre light draw. First third was very very bitter, couldn't taste much more than that. Second third the bitterness started to dissipate which was nice but it was still pretty bitter. Last third, more of the same. I wasn't able to taste much of anything to be honest, this stick needed to chill in a humidor for a little bit IMHO to get it to where it should be.

So I will just give an off the wall guess of....Nicaraguan.

    Bring on the sig tag!

Wow, right on the dot with the country of origin but not the description I was looking for. Cigar was a Don Pepin Garcia JJ which I usually find to be pretty smooth and almost cuban-esque. Oh well, congrats and enjoy those sticks I picked out. I hope all the others taste better than that JJ

Is it too late if I was looking to join in on all this?
