yep, the Habano corojo and the Lot 23 are very good cigars for me. the lot 23 leaves me with a nice buzz.

my local B&M got me started on Perdomos several years ago saying that they were a good cigar for the money and that they had been getting better lately.

I definitely don't pass up a Lot 23 maduro! Having only been smoking for a couple years now I didn't really know until this post that Perdomo had a bad rep earlier. It's good to see businesses adapt like this.

Has anyone been able to pinpoint what may have led to this betterment? Is it just QC or does it go deeper I wonder.

Bringing up the dead I know...but, I wanted to add my 2 cents. It is raining cats and dogs here as I sit in my garage puffing on an Perdomo 10th Anny Criollo that I got free with a purchase from Famous. The freebies also came with some AB Tempus Criollos which I have not tried yet. As far as the Perdomo, it is not something I would have gravitated towards otherwise, but I have to say it is damn good and I'm glad I have 4 more.

I was so turned off by multiple bad experienes i had with Perdomo that i doubt I'd even want to give them a second shot.

However - I did have a so-so experience with AB a while back - but tried the same cigar a few years later and was stunned and surprised (the Pryme Gold).

All of you Perdomo whores are going to have to give me a unified thumbs up before I'll give them a shot again. There's too many good cigars out there to otherwise waste my time and money.
