Thread: Which little cigars should I get?

Default Which little cigars should I get?

I am looking for a set of smaller cigars, or maybe even cigarillos, we will see what gets thrown at me. I want them to be no longer than 4 inches or so, with the ring no bigger than 36, so a smaller sized cigar. I am looking for something I can smoke late at night with friends and something that wont take a hour to smoke.

heres what i found but suggest me something that you would recommend.

those are all the size and style I am looking for, so which should I get and which should I stay away from, I actually like the look of the wild ones without labels, the ones with tobacco fraying out the end, or what would you suggest?

Without a doubt, this would be my choice. I'd hate it when cigars don't have labels, and have that pesky stuff frayed out of the end. Just gets in the way of me looking cool.

But look how it's spelled - "Flavours" - that's like European and shit. I'd look cool smoking tiny European cigars. What's Acid got going for it, a cowboy? Not very haute couture.

I did miss the motorcycle. I didn't think about how cool that looks, either. But did you notice the name of my choice of cigars? They have the name "Moon" in them. So, that's cool. "Acid" - that hasn't been cool since William S. Burroughs.

We're about as on-topic as you're going to get here. Cigar tastes are subjective - what we may like, you may hate. Try some. Find out what works best for you. Or check the reviews, as suggested in the Frigid Kitty Reviews section. They may not meet your tastes, but it's a start.

You do make a very good point about the moon. Maybe one day we will have a Moontrance/Acid blend that will feature a motorcycle on the Moon? I can only dream.

I will just try different ones from time to time to see which ones I will stick with. Well I just thought I will introduce myself becuase I am planning on really getting into cigars.
    So, what happened?

I think I've shot a pistol at the moon - might have been a bit inebriated at the time.

I've shot the moon from a bicycle.. I have the indecent exposure citation to prove it!

u mean with a post that i wrote over 2 years ago in a different thread? No much more actually. Never got a humidor due to cost and space, plus living situation. Have had some nice cigars I've really enjoyed over these past few years though, found out I actually love darker, maduro cigars than light ones. I usually only smoke maduro when I'm celebrating and drinking whiskey.

These little cigars though are just going to be for when I hangout, and shoot the breeze at a friends house. We usually sit on his front porch for a few hours at a time smoking cigarettes, and usually drinking. I figured I didnt want a big smoke, so I'm thinking on investing in some nice smaller smokes, I was thinking of getting either the principes or some small cigarillo. And then get a short cigar that has a bigger gauge like around 36-42. I saw a pack of partagah(sp?) blacks that were about 4 inches long, but it was around 50 for 10...

So anymore suggestions would be great, and I have no idea about this riding a motorcycle under the moon while staring at the moon, that really isnt on topic to me...

Yeah, come on Ash, what the fark were you thinking...did you really expect him to do his own dirty work of trying new cigars without someone telling him if he likes it or not???
SHHEEEESSSHHH, what is this world coming to?

lol haha very funny. I'm not asking if I would like them or not, I basically started this thread to see if anyone delt with these cigars and what were their suggestions, i.e. the cigars came stale, old, moldy, very shitty smoke. Thats basically it. I'm always gonna try things out on my own to see if I like em. Thats why I am still probably going to buy whatever I planned on buying in the first place. I was also seeing if anyone had smoked smaller cigars that I didnt mention and that they loved them. I'm never going to be a know it all with cigars, so i instantly knew that I didnt see everything cigars had to offer me when I was looking for smaller cigars... Thats all...

How about the Hemingway Short Story or the Casa Magna Colorado Maduro in their "Pikito" size?
