AHA! I knew if it was a gift under $60 (I think that's the right amount) that it was duty free. This does ot apply to cigars, but somehow I never thought to simply say it wasn't cigars

You can go ahead and send your end of the deal but if you want to wait until you receive yours, that is totally cool too seeing how I kinda slipped up on this thing. Your call.
