Default what did everyone smoke for the 4th

this has probably been discussed previously but i want to talk because work sucks and for being so INTELigent, they cant keep a system running for an entire day. anyways i had a trinidad maduro, i had about four empty cans of beer under my chair and for some reason it tasted like i was breathing. does alcohol usually affect the taste of a cigar?

Yes, most beverages will affect the taste of a cigar if you drink and smoke simultaneously.
That being said, some people enjoy the combinations of certain beverages with certain cigars, so to each his own! Now me, I enjoy a good La Gloria Cubana series R #7 with a diet Peach Snapple....
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.

I smoked several of my Bering Churchills on the 4th. Perhaps by the next holiday I'll be able to smoke something more exotic.

Hmmm, a No.4 is 5" x 42 (Mareva) and a No. 5 is 4" x 40 (Perla). It was most likely a No. 4 since they are the more popular ones.

Oh and what I smoked on the 4th? C'mon that was TWO DAYS ago I can' even remember what I had for lunch two hours ago let alone what cigar I smoked two days ago. If I did, I may have listed it in the "Today's Smokes" thread. Now that I've rambled on long enough, I think I just remembered,

    Opux X Fuente Fuente

and possibly something else that evening when I was watching television.....

    ****EDIT****

Well how 'bout that!!! Good thing we have the "Today's Smokes" thread 'cause I found what else I smoked that day:

    Ramon Allones Small Club Corona
    Aņejo 46 (from George's pass )

Default I have this sensation of Deja' vu.......

(from daily smokes post 07/04) I'm in Tampa and your not!
Well, last night I arrived in Tampa and enjoyed a Gurkha Regent Churchill, some fireworks and a few drinks with my buddy and his neighbor. Later we hit the hot tub (not what your thinking) and had a Torano 1959 Silver Torpedo.

Tonight is a big neighborhood party and I'm bringing Punch Chateau L Nats, Torano Cameroon Churchills and Fuente Cuban Belicoso Sun Growns.

Oh....I scored a box of Torano Silver Churchills too!

CC! I may go back for a box of the Exodus 1959 Gold if my wallet allows!

    Later!
Oops! I also had RyJ Anniversario No.2 Belicosos!

Damn! That hot tub was awesome. Every night we'd wind up the the evening in the hot tub (still not what you think). It's so damned hot down there and you get in the hot tub that's hotter and you get out and you're cold! Works like a charm!

Sorry CC, I didn't get the 1959 Golds. Wish I had. Maybe next trip!
