Parcel Post can take up to a week, becaue it does wait on the truck to get full before it rolls.

Smoked the Cusano today before I went to work. It was very nice Thanks to Shane for supplying these.
Working on the JDN right now. Its very nice to relax and pick apart (well, atleast try to) the flavor profile of this cigar.

Smoked the Cusano tonight. Good cigar not great. I enjoyed it for the most part but I think it needed more humi time. I would smoke one again but I'm not going to seek it out. Thanks Shane for putting these up there though it was an extremely nice gesture and one that will at least send me to try other cigars from your company as well.

The Willie didn't satisfy you? Maybe size really does matter.
Just got back in the office and found a box on my chair! I'm going to throw these sticks in the humi tonight and let them relax for a couple days.
They all are in really good shape too, I think that has to do with the box they came in (thanks Buzz)!
Glad they got there - you may want to let them rest at least a week since they were in transit for a while. I knew you would like the Kinky box!
So guys, everyone now has their sticks to review (oddly enough the original "packages received" date is correct). Here is the loose timeline I would like to follow:
Wed, April 28 all packages received
Mon, May 10 review due for Cusano, results posted Fri, May 14
Mon, May 17 review due for JdN, results posted Fri, May 21
Mon, May 24 review due for Kinky, results posted Fri, May 28
Mon, May 31 review due for LFD, results posted Fri, June 4
Mon, June 7 review due for El Triunfador, results posted Fri, June 11
This is really just my maximum timeline, if you guys get to smoking them earlier that is fine with me - makes my job easier. So far, with just the few reviews that I have received this is turning out to be a very interesting MEGA Review (monster truck voice) - we have a good lineup of sticks and a very good variance (is that the right word?) in participants.
Here is the post where I am keeping track of the reviews received: http://www.cigarsmokers.com/threads/...643#post150643
Don't forget to take photos if you can - and then upload them to the Group area. Thanks guys and enjoy the cigars!

Kinky and the Trifunador are down. I guess I should smoke that Cusano now since it's due first...Is there going to be a quiz?

I had an idea that I'd like to throw out to you guys. What if we were to review a brand from top to bottom? For example, let's take Oliva. We could do the following:
MBIII
Serie O-G-or S
FdO's...either originals, or the other varieties.
Add in the myriad other products that Oliva makes for others and you have a crap-load of cigars in a wide range of prices. Even if you stick to only Oliva labeled cigars....pretty nice $$ range of sticks.
This could be done for a heck of a lot of brands. LaAurora.....Fuente......Camacho....Tat.....Padron ....etc.
Anyway, I thought it would be interesting.
