Go back and read the first post as that explains the entire process. Basically you contact the member who is next in line. You discuss how much you would liek to spend and he sends you cigars. You can tell the guy what you have smoked and liked or what you don't like and that person can work with you. Do it via PM.

Fewer Canadians equals fewer newbie samplers which is why the list is from 2011. I think there are currently only two Canadian sponsors. I believe Craig is up and although I didn't get my newbie sampler from him, I'm sure he'll take care of you if he can accomodate you.
