    Sorry for your loss.
It will always be a battle a day between those who want maximum change and those who want to maintain the status quo.

    My condolences and sincerest sympathy.

Being an animal lover and owner of 3 small dogs, I understand all too well!
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Roger, sorry to hear about your loss. I do know what it's like and will probably be feeling it soon enough myself. Of the 3 that I have, my husky which I've had since she was a pup, is 13 yrs old now and she's getting kinda hard of hearing and she's developed cataracts. They won't operate to remove them because of her age. She's actually still pretty active and would be even more so if she could see. It just breaks my heart when she runs into things or when I think of her no longer being around.
My! What a nice ash you have!

No matter where you go, there you are!

Roger, I'm sorry to read about your loss. 17 years ago we had to put down our family dog Smitty. We had him since I could remember. I still remember the pain of his loss to this day. My family still talks about Smitty. He'll never leave our hearts as I'm sure Helga will never leave your family.

Brother, I feel for you, and I know that it is tough losing one of the family. I will send up a prayer for you and the family.
