Based on the limited information in the OP, I'd say segregate the others, monitor, and freeze the suspect smokes, and keep them segregated after that.

Rusty, find the coolest place in your house to store your humi. If you have a basement, that would work great. If not, put it in the most center of the house or in a dark room that has no sunlight beaming in it. That will keep the humi from getting warm and allowing the eggs to hatch.
When I lived in Texas, I kept my humi in the closet under the stairs. It was the coolest place in the house.
