That's really cool! What does the notice on the back say? 1926 is too early for the surgeon general warnings.

The notice says:

"The manufacturer of this tobacco has complied with all the requirements of law. Every person is cautioned, under the penalties of law, not to use this package for Tobacco again. Factory NO. 39, District of N.C."
